Phase 1 leftovers: confirm my drafts

1. What comes in: scanner, mail, email, operators, HubSpot; about 15–35 documents a month (from the plan). Right?
    2. What must exist at the end: inventory records (us), operator notices (outside), transfer status (Kelsey and Keegan). Right?
      3. Must never happen: emailing an operator about a deal that didn't fully go through; a wrong cost split; wrong legal filings. Anything to add?
        4. Name one or two recent intake or transfer mistakes, and what they cost.
          5. Notes or corrections on any of the above
