How to use this site
Every meeting turns into work: projects, topics, decisions and to-dos. This site is where you see where all of it stands.
The home page, top to bottom
Where things stand
A short note from Claude on what matters right now. A part marked Suggested was written between calls.
Status board
Projects and topics, each in their own group. The one that moved most recently is first.
Not filed yet
Things said in a call that nobody has put under a project or topic, grouped by the meeting they came from. Claude asks about them at the next call.
Meetings
The last few calls, newest first. Older ones fold away below them.
Vision
The one line everything else serves. It sits under the title once it is written.
A row that ends in an arrow opens its own page.
Reading a board row
The stage, and how far along it is. One filled dot per stage reached. The date is when it last moved.
A named person has to act next. It only shows when the next step waits on a person.
A topic that reached its last stage. Decided topics fold into one Decided row on the board.
Claude added it and nobody has agreed to it yet. It stays a suggestion until someone confirms it at a call.
When a label fits every row in a group, it shows once under the group instead of on each row.
Stages
Projects
Topics
Work moves through its stages in this order.
A project or topic page
Stage bar
Every stage in order, with the current one marked "now".
Summary
The next step, who it waits on, and when it last moved.
Items by kind
Open questions, to-dos, decisions, requirements, drafts and files. Kinds with nothing in them share one gray line.
"from" links
Each item says which meeting it came from. Tap the date to open that meeting.
Earlier stages and history
Folded away at the bottom. Tap to open them.

Today's goals
What this call is meant to get done.
Filed so far
What Claude has written down, and where it put it.
The Claude panel
What Claude is doing right now. Type in the Ask Claude box to ask something, the same as saying it out loud.
"Someone asked to join. Say yes to add them."
Someone new wants to join the record. The runner's yes, said out loud, adds them, or a Yes on the team page from someone on the call. The team page shows who it is.
After the call
Recap
A few sentences on what the call did.
What this call produced
Everything filed during the call, in one list.
Goals
Each goal, marked met or not met.
Full close-out
Folded away: what wasn't decided, who does what next, and what changed stage.
Working with Claude in a call
Say "Hey Claude, ..." and then what you want. Pause a moment after "Hey Claude".
Claude writes things down as you talk. You don't need to ask.
Only the runner's yes adds a late guest.
Nothing gets sent out of the company until the runner types OK on their own computer. A spoken yes is not enough.
Between calls
Claude may keep drafting overnight. Its updates are marked Suggested until someone confirms them at the next call.
