D8 Seed the inventory now with the data we have and build the processes on top of it; fill the data gaps later as each process gets solved, because Reid: we have no real data to build on yet, and chasing perfect first stalls everything; once ingest and the emails work, it's a data problem, not an operations problem. Keegan: agreed; keep pushing on the app and get the data as the problems get solved.

  • Keegan: about 20 Rio Grande deals are not at 100%, and about 1,500 deals overall still need to get into the inventory. Two questions: where do we put the files that get a deal to 100%, and how does the system learn a deal is now complete? Reid: 100% means every field in the inventory record is filled. The Excel and HubSpot lack many of those fields (like the operator and payor numbers in Integra), so the tests could never reach 100% from them alone. It's mostly scattered data, not missing data: Reid pulled the Integra books for the fund and is linking check stubs to payments, and the Railroad Commission data is already in our database. Plan: first fill what we can from data we already have, then find the rest systematically. Keegan: the books use the same names and accounts across all the companies, so they line up. Older deals James closed early on are missing documents; for each, find what's missing and whether it's online or needs a trip to the county.

  • Reid: the early conflict checks showed the closed-deal answers came from recent deals, where HubSpot and the Excel mostly agree. Older deals may have no HubSpot record at all, or one used differently, so the same kind of answers mostly don't exist across the whole company. Joe and Reid parked these checks until the inventory and the experiment are done.
