Decisions 1
D10 The site work list for Claude, in this order: latest answer on top; faster answers; confirm with a button after sign-in; after-call to-do email (or each person's to-dos in the app); a link with every doc; simple for anyone; works on a phone; small review fixes; Claude runs the call more actively, because Feedback from Joe, Reid and Keegan across today's two calls

Requirements 7
R7 Claude does more to run the call: keeps us on track, tees up what to focus on next, and keeps the call efficient
R6 Confirm items with a button on the page as well as by voice, because it's faster
R5 Answers feel instant: no long wait between asking Claude and seeing the reply, so it feels like Claude is in the app
R4 After each call, email each person their own to-do list in plain text, one item per line, so they can copy each item straight into a work session
R3 Whenever Claude mentions a doc or file in a reply, it links to it
R2 When someone asks Claude for something, the request and its answer show at the top of the page right away, so it's obvious something happened; what was filed so far goes lower down
R1 Simple enough that anyone on the team can use it without help, technical or not

- Added to the board
- Joe: the meeting app and the intake web app shown to Keegan a week or so ago can be one application on AWS. Anyone with a Claude account signs in to join and run calls; it also has views for looking at the data and uploading deals. Then the experiment can run from it too. Joe showed the new notes site design: live activity on the side, what this call is changing, and items waiting for a yes in the middle. Reid will use it this way and wants to talk to Claude by voice more instead of typing. Joe's focus this week: get the app deployed.
- Keegan: the other weekly meetings come off the calendar; this AI meeting replaces them.
- Joe ran out of Claude usage during the call. Reid: the shared account includes a weekly allowance, then switches to paid usage credits (Reid saw refill texts last week). This is one reason for each person having their own seat.
- Feedback on today's app before switching to the new one. Keegan: build it so anyone can run it; keep it simple. Reid: after 'Hey Claude' it was often hard to tell anything happened; the answer list sat at the bottom behind a click. What we just asked for should be on top; 'filed so far' doesn't need to be. The new site may already work that way; Reid wants to try it first. Joe: the new app is better.

- Site work list discussion. Faster answers: today every answer goes through Joe's terminal and back to the page, with extra trips. Joe wants Claude's replies (and its thinking) streamed live to the page. Reid: explore the Claude Chrome extension, or whatever path has the fewest handoffs. Joe: the same setup carries over to the cloud server. Reid: the ultimate fix is our own AI server. Joe: Claude in the browser would mean pay-per-use fees instead of the flat plan, which is too expensive. After-call email: if email isn't set up yet, at minimum each person can open the app and see their own to-dos and what they contributed. Simple for anyone: someone on a call, maybe on the road (not driving), should be able to follow what's going on.
